The tire leveler is designed to be used on single axle trailers only. Using it with Single tire locking chock 17-0276, 28020 provides added stability while leveling. ratchet wrench, included, turns the drive screw which elevates or lowers the tire lifting pads to the desired leveling positions.* Fits 13 inch, 14 inch and most 15 inch wheels* Heavy duty tubular steel construction* Corrosion resistant finish* Eliminates need for moving trailer onto blocks or ramps to level.
